Good Bye 2017!
Year 2017 has passed. Thanks for your visiting to our website. Now let me make a conclusion towards the passing year.
1) The Keyword for 2017 is INSTABILITY. The sea freight had been fluctuating fiercely since April comparing to the slight change between only 50–100 US dollars per month previously. Therefore before the same price list is available in 1–2 months.
2) The second factor of instability is the exchange rate. RMB against USD has been appreciating since March and has appreciated 6% before the end of 2017, even with 3% fluctuation within one week.
The following are the prices from 3 sea ports from which we could conclude that the fluctuation of CIF price was due to the freight.
3) BANK OF CHINA has black listed several banks of Middle East therefore you might need more cautiousness in choosing the bank account in the future.
4) The quality of broad beans was very bad in the end of 2017. As quality is our lifeblood, we put much energy on purchasing the raw materials.
5) The price of tomato sauce raw material had dropped to the bottom which lead to huge stock in 2017.
6) To beans, 4% price fluctuation is accounted as normal and it was comparatively peaceful.
HELLO 2018!!
1) The first month of 2018 startled me as there are twice rising in a month of the sea fright which had reached to the highest level ever since my career.
2) Seriously hope there are more stability in 2018. And wish healthy, wealthy and all the best be with my dear clients in the New Year.
